I have been working with Amy Morris, owner of Ahimsa Therapeutics, for over 4 years! I was guided to her by my physiatrist and I am forever thankful that I was. Amy's wide and deep understanding of PT and wellness goes beyond anything I've ever experienced. What I value most about Amy goes beyond how much she has supported and helped me through a variety of wellness considerations. I value her never-ending focus on self-development and bringing new understanding and approaches to her practice for her clients/patients. Additionally, Amy and her team offer classes and information sessions that support me in my wellness goals. And, her office space in Langhorne, PA is one I look forward to visiting for my sessions. Amy is a physical therapist with well-honed listening skills and a seemingly infinite array of solutions for my ailments… not just the normie university degree and warm personality! Look on her website and be impressed by her “Continuing Education” and “Special Therapy Skills.” I came to her in 2019, drawn by her manual therapy skills learned from Barral, Upledger, and Barnes, etc. I was dealing with a variety of health issues – nothing that kills but will steal your quality of life if you don’t deal with them. Amy supported and guided me forward. She also offered insightful strategies that helped my sister and a friend from Idaho. Her impact goes well beyond basic care; she is changing our lives.

I hate to write this review because I like Amy as a person, but for me she did nothing to help with my scoliosis and I wasted a lot of time and money. What she did was not Schroth therapy at all and after 6 months I made no progress. Now I am seeing an L2 level Schroth therapist and see a huge difference between the 2 approaches.

Amy Morris is a gift - an amazing, creative, brilliant, empathetic, and caring physical therapist as well as a wonderful person. Under her guidance and instruction my posture, physical being, and quality of life have improved greatly. I do not say this lightly. When I started working with Amy one year ago, I was having significant radicular pain as well as poor posture from my kyphosis, scoliosis, and spondylolisthesis. I continue to do my exercises regularly which has improved my posture, eliminated my radicular pain, and given me confidence. I am eternally grateful to Amy and her incredible team. Finally, a strong shout out to James, another PT who works with Amy, whom I have just started working with. It has been a wonderful journey so far, and I cannot wait to see how much more I
