Worst place ever they never answer the phone the drs never can be reach the nurse dont answer and never return calls its been like thus for years!!!!!!! 0 Ethic work they ignore you they pretend they listen and then they ignore ur needs

Unfortunately trainers leaving bad impression. Feels like they want to get rid of visitors. It happened with me. Maybe it's personal dislike but I just sharing my experience. I do feel bad aftertaste... they behave negligent. And speak the same way. Very charming and nice administrator. Gym itself is clean and neat. Opening hours are not for those who has regular working-hours job. More for those who doesn't work at all. For fancy people speaking shortly.

The trainers are very sweet! They act like they are on speed. If the trainer doesn't get you pumped and excited about your workout , them who will Princess? My mother used to talk to me about sex....she said the pain is like the shame, you only feel it once! Now get off that butt and move or else life is going to forget about you. When you start, They give a a little back pack, tee shirt, and your very own work out towel...Talk about.....NO EXCUSES!!

Did really like the trainers at my first visit. Bad closing hours. Says it's a free gym but they don't tell you you have to have trainers.... You can't do your own work out not my kind of thing.

Bad ass! Highly recommended.
