AHF Pharmacy - Sunrise

If I could rate this place, it would get a -5 stars. Dealing with Chiquita was an absolute nightmare. This so-called "pharmacist" couldn’t get anything right. After THREE attempts, (3 different occasions) of dealing with her and this incompetent pharmacist which continues to refuse giving me my medications. This past Friday her excuse was to have the nerve to give me false information about my insurance. Her complete lack of professionalism was astounding. At this point, I had no choice but to use AHF Pharmacy (because that's where I had to go), but trust me, if I had any other option, I'd be taking my business anywhere else. I am not posting one star because of the actual AHF pharmacy. I have always had an exceptional experience there: the technicians are fantastic, polite, friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful and make the situation best for me and Out of the Closet is pleasant shopping experience if you are waiting on your refill. My rating is based on an experience I had today in hopes I'm possibly heard. I am leaving FL to be in IN for at least 6 months helping my parents remodel some houses for renting. We are leaving very early tomorrow morning and just to be sure I didn't have any issues with my medication, I called for a refill. Mary is an exceptional Pharmacist who truly has the patient’s best interest at heart. The entire staff always are friendly and helpful. My medicine is always ready when they give me my pickup date. The other Pharmacist and all the Technicians are always pleasant to see each month. Thank You Mary for always having the availability of medication longest I have ever had to wait was 24 hours. Unlike Walgreens or CVS the Pharmacist there are so out of touch with their limited inventory. Thank You, Ryan

ALWAYS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. I switched to the AHF Pharmacy at Out of the Closet on Sunrise Blvd a few years ago and the difference in the level of service is remarkable. Miles above the level at the AHF on Wilton Drive. Everyone at the Sunrise Blvd location is efficient, friendly, and helpful. And it’s constant. Mary, the pharmacist, and her crew go above and beyond. It is really appreciated.
