AHF Pharmacy - Northpoint

I beg you NOT to use AHF NORTHPOINT. THEY are circling the drain. Patients are only money to them nothing else! Use CAN COMMUNITY HEALTH 3 locations Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park, and North Miami.

Never have I ever…..If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place needs to be wiped clean and started over. These people obviously hate their job and people in general. Absolutely disorganized and extremely entitled. I felt like I was disrupting their day. I only use this pharmacy when my Dr. immediately prescribes after an appointment…..but no more. Ever. Not until I know EVERYONE associated with this pharmacy is gone. Thanks for response with a web address to further discuss that doesn’t exist. Absolutely useless. DO NOT USE AHF NORTHPOINT PHARMACY. Next stop Instagram to let more people know. AHF DOES NOT CARE…..but they THRIVE. Money obviously spent on ad campaigns versus quality employees.

Wow since don’t even know what to say about the difference from going from behind the medical offices by emergency room to now the new offices at Medical Arts Center at 6333 N Federal Highway. I have been going to AHF for over 10 years since 2013 and both the Doctor and Pharmacy side have slipped by the waist side. The efficiency in losing medical records or stuff like medical clearance letters needed for surgeries is just incredibly careless now. The Pharmacy i have never seen anything like it. My Doctor always gives me 2 narcotics pain prescriptions each time i go to an appointment. I have always turned in both copies when i go for the other one to be kept on file for next month. In the past for years and years on that 2nd month i never even had to ask on that 2nd month i could just show

If you get a serious infection or need more than bloodwork they would rather pass the buck and send you to hospital costing thousands. They’re perhaps really nice yet unwilling to take on your total health choosing rather to do the simple blood panels and follow ups. If you have a choice go somewhere else as now I’m over 10 years in there care and they are clearly failing.

Took a friend to an appointment and everything went smoothly staff was very friendly
