They are all amazing. Every single staff member from the moment I entered the place made me feel safe. They are all so helpful and try their best to assist us. From the lady at the front desk Nikilas to the future mother of Genesis to the blood lab, and the pharmacist (lady) thank you all for everything you do for us. You can never get enough money. Sending you light and love.

I went to get a rapid test. I pgive it two stars cos the receptionist was very helpful and had good customer service. But the MA who took care of me was a bit rude and condescending. He was very inpatient, apparently he just wanna get it done as fast as possible. I am a nurse supervisor, also work in the healthcare. This is not how you treat your patient.

Considering they’ve taken the profit motive away and attempt to pay their staff a living wage ya gotta give this to them. I’ve been coming here for years (over 10 to be exact) and I’ve dealt with the good and the not so good. Things are at an all time high, they weathered the pandemic (and still provided prescriptions) and continue to serve an underserved community. Their initial stake was for HIV positive patients, however they serve all communities including folks like me on Medicaid Thank you AHF for your place in the communitu

Omg what a horrible experience with this place, everytime I have an appointment here I sign up for stress , last time my appointment was at 2:45 I was waiting until 4 pm to see the doctor and than I was supposed to do labs and they told me I have to come back another day because labs is closed, than today I had an appointment at 11:40 for blood work and I got there 7 minutes late and was told to go back in an hour because they have their lunch break at 12(it was 11:53 when I was done filling the form) that’s whole 8 minutes to do bloodwork before their “lunch break”I will never ever again go back to this place, so to save you headaches look elsewhere.
