AHF Healthcare Center - Orlando

Subject: Concerns with Case Management Services at Orlando AHF I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services I received from my case manager, Annalise, at the Orlando AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) office. Approximately two months ago, I requested that Annalise schedule an appointment with ADAPT and send a referral on my behalf. However, she failed to follow through and did not update me on the status of my request. When I followed up with Annalise, she stated that everything was taken care of, but I had to press her for details. She eventually told me that she didn't see the need to update me because she doesn't get paid enough to do extra work. I found this response unprofessional and unacceptable. Hours were convenient for my schedule and the staff was kind, quick, and informative.

Me and my husband were seeing this Offcie. A month ago they made my labs, I was waiting for results of an important matter, never called never contact me when I went to follow up/ they told me then that the labs didn’t perform because an error on the sample! Then I had to do it again! Why they didn’t call me before- but of course is better for them since they charge my insurance every time I go- so it’s better if I gotta go more. Even for repeating exams. They also did a EKG and send me to a cardiologist for urgent care - I was about to die! The cardiologist told me all is ok/ they did perform the the exam probably wrongly and it is sensitive that’s why the results were altered. I contact the nurse a week ago to try to receive the results the fail and I had to repeat/ never happened with q

Not happy with my doctor she is not nice and condescending I asked to be changed to another and not helpful at all
