AHF Healthcare Center - Atlanta Midtown

I am here with an updated review as there are very noticeable improvements in my experience over the past two visits. Dr. Trimble is very insightful, helping me to connect with more up-to-date treatment options that better suit my needs. The office staff is very friendly and helpful also. Because of this, I now use their pharmacy. I have no complaints at this facility and believe that they act in their patients’ best interest always.

Let me start by saying this is not nothing new to me I've been to AHF for over the past 5 years I started out in Columbus Ohio I got treated fairly good did I move to Georgia I was at AHF in Newnan I got treated fairly good then I was at AHF Midtown my lights were in disconnection I asked them to fax over a letter to Georgia Power to keep my lights on they first told me they did not do that because they were a specialty clinic false then they told me to go to my primary care doctor my primary care doctor is there false then they told me it's at the doctor's discretion and that they will not fax a letter Georgia Power I have this done in Columbus Ohio at AHF I had this done at AHF in Newnan this is the first Clinic AHF that I have been treated this way that they are going to let my electric

Let me be very clear: if this review were for LabCorp alone, it would be a one-star—zero if that were an option. The phlebotomist at this location was completely unskilled. They jabbed me three separate times trying to draw blood, each attempt more painful than the last. By the third try, the pain was so sharp I screamed. Only after another phlebotomist stepped in was the blood draw finally completed. I filed a formal complaint with LabCorp that same day. And here’s the kicker: LabCorp submitted the claim to my insurance as if the procedure occurred in Mississippi—not Georgia—resulting in a wildly inflated bill. My insurance representative has reached out to LabCorp multiple times to correct the error. There is a formal complaint on file, and yet LabCorp has done absolutely nothing to rec

This place has always been extremely helpful but lately they have improved even more in efficiency. And NP Jackson is so warm and welcoming. They even give you two pieces of candy at the front now 😆 Thank you to all the staff.

On September 2nd, 2025 at 1:18pm I called to ask about a wait time to plan my day accordingly as advised on you guys’ website (see attached photo). The man who answered the phone said that he cannot tell me that and to just come in. When I told him that the FAQs said to call ahead and ask he told me they need to take that down because no just come in. So I told him that I had called previously asked for a wait time and received an answer without a problem to which he replied “Well baby just come in”. I said “but what’s the wait time?” And he hung up. Is this how you all conduct things?
