This is the best experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. All of the pharmacy techs I talk to are so nice and helpful, especially Andrea. Love that they make it convenient to get my prescriptions.

Great until they’re not. Unbeknownst to me until now, their system to confirm you’ve received a prescription relies entirely on snail mail, and if they lose two of your return letters then you are just locked out for life with no recourse! Through some quirk of the USPS, they didn’t receive a confirmation from me in December, and since I was slow getting the last one in the mail, apparently this means I can’t ever fill prescriptions there again. (There aren’t even dates on the return form to tell you when you have to put it in the mail, so I guess I was just supposed to divine by crystal ball that they wanted it by a certain day.) I don’t know who thought this would be a good idea, but I shouldn’t be having a healthcare crisis over a mild clerical error! Until they change their policy, I
