I received a referral through my doctor, was extremely easy to set appt since they had both day, late, and even a few Saturday's available. I actually scheduled a Saturday, was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Saw Dr. Takeyama who explained thoroughly the procedure, the different options, he was super patient with my numerous questions. He was extremely patient with me. During procedure he kept asking how I was doing and ensuring the numbing was effective. He was incredible! Honestly I had nothing to fear, it was a quick breeze. He explained my aftercare and made sure I understood importance of care. I highly recommend this office and especially this doctor for anyone with anxiety.
