I’ve been going to physical therapy for the past two weeks and Yvonne Lopez (receptionist) Was very helpful when it came to me filling out the paperwork on my first visit and is always so welcoming. The physical therapist aid (Joanna Vargas)is very nice and has a lot of patience. She also is very helpful with any questions and help guide me with any resources that I may need. She always makes you feel comfortable when treating you. She makes you feel like you’re at home. The physical therapist(Jay Bellara ) is for me in my opinion one of the best physical therapist. I have been treated by Dr. Phillip Chao for few weeks now, after my auto accident and I can feel the difference after each appointment, he is great, funny and very professional, I highly recommend and appreciate him. Also, Joanna his assistance is wonderful too.

came to get my ear drained, arrived when they opened waited 2 hrs seen they 6 people seen before me 2 without appointments. then was told to pay 40 co pay even though the doctors doesnt know if they can drain it (I have had it drained 3 times in under 30 min at hazel hawkings go there instead)

Physical therapy at the Hollister location was awesome.Jay B & Joanna V are a great team. I had over 20 PT sessions and the first couple were a little rough, because I was out of shape. Office was always very prompt. Never had a wait, they explained the reason why I was doing this exercise and how to prevent further injury on my recovery ,both of them are very awesome. Five stars!

I went in for my child’s sports physical , I had called the day before and they told me as long as I arrived before 4pm we were fine. We arrived 3:45pm and the girls at the front said they close walkins at 3:30 and the Dr was booked. I told them I called & if I’d known I’d be there sooner. They were rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and after 10 minutes a nurse that was not the manager came out and was rude and unprofessional as well but told me the Dr made an exception. I asked if I had to fill out the form because I’d never done that before and she said “doesn’t he have a Dr where he gets physicals done” and I said yes but not a sports physical which the form is different and also said “it states on the form for the parent to fill out because we don’t know your child
