I would highly recommend this office for all of your eye care needs. Both doctors are very knowledgable, caring and professional. They employ the latest state of the art equipment to thoroughly examine your eyes, as well as monitor and if necessary, treat identified problems. The office is clean, comfortable and beautiful. As an additional bonus, the carefully curated eyeglass selection allows you to find the perfect frames combining function and style. Overall a wonderful experience!

The support staff is lovely. The doctor is knowledgeable and capable. But if you call and let them know that you are running 5 minutes late, the doctor will stand at the door, watch you pull into the parking lot, and then lock the door in your face. All you need to do is say "I'm sorry but you will need to reschedule. We are on a tight schedule and you were running late." But closing the door in someone's face and locking it is just too rude for me. If you're good with a doctor who is just rude, not a bad choice. If you expect to be treated like another human being, go somewhere else.

Their customer service is awful, i have bought glasses from 3 different places over the years, and this place said they WOULD NOT HELP me with an adjustment for my glasses! The other two businesses in town bent over backwards to help me. I walked in this place to ask for a 1 minute adjustment, not a customer in there and was told point blank, WE CAN'T HELP YOU! Thank You Dr. Gallerani for the Neighborly help! I wouldn't visit this establishment if they paid for my glasses. I don't know why i gave them one star. SAD

Today I had the pleasure of having an eye exam with Dr. Gallerani at Agawam Eye Associates. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional - I wish I had gone here sooner! Dr. Gallerani let me know what was going on with my vision and my condition, and again, you could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his profession. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Their hours change every single day and it is the hardest to get an appointment. They are not accommodating to 9-5 everyday workers and have always had a terrible experience here. I work in customer service and never have i ever been treated this way by the staff, especially by these “optometrists”.
