Agave Pediatrics South

I’ve been seeing Kaitlyn for both my kids and I LOVE her, but I needed to get in quick because my baby was sick so I saw Tracy. She was also AMAZING. So proactive with my concerns and great with kids. I love that I have at least two people there that I would trust completely with my boys.

My daughter received her pediatric care at Agave, and we were fortunate to have Dr. Susanna Nickel as her pediatrician. She was very attentive, listened carefully to our questions, and answered everything patiently, which gave us great reassurance as parents. The support staff was also excellent—friendly, professional, and supportive throughout our journey. We highly recommend Agave for pediatric care.

Kaitlin Smith has been epic for my three daughters and a champion for my middle daughter with ADHD and getting her the help we needed. She is warm, kind, and compassionate. Could never replace her. My girls love her. The admin has been a challenge for over three years we’ve been there but the care has been worth it

We go to the Agave in south Scottsdale. The last 3 years my son has been a patient of Doctor Kaitlin and we couldn’t be happier. She makes him feel safe and comfortable. She speaks to our son in Spanish, which is his first language and it eases his nerves.

First time at this pediatrician's office, and the staff were all so kind and amazing. We were seen by Susanna, and she was great! She was very kind, informative, and knowledgeable. I normally dread the doctor appointments, especially waiting for what seems like forever to be called back, even with an appointment. We were seen fairly quickly, even as a new patient with paperwork to fill out. I loved that it was a smaller office; it made everything seem more personable and not so corporate. Overall, a good experience through and through. Would definitely recommend to anyone to bring their children here. Another thing I loved was separate "sick" and "well" entrances to keep the germ and illness spread to a minimum. I have never seen that at another doctor's office before.
