Customer Reviews
Dr. Grey has no bedside manner and no regard to financial considerations. I have been using Agape for two years now and am thoroughly unimpressed with her rude, borderline aggressive behavior. She will give your pet medication or do things to your pet without consulting you. She is very flippant about cost and open that she doesn't know how much things are. She gives an air that she is better and smarter than you. She is unwilling to discuss alternatives at different price points. Furthermore, the receptionist at Agape is kind in person but can be rude over the phone - I have experienced this multiple times. All this to say, I cannot recommend Agape and will not be back.
Lets just say, all previous vets were scared of my rottie, never had a proper physical exam, cause they were too afraid to touch him. We found Dr. Grey and her staff and the first thing we heard when we walked in was "oh, look at that baby bear", "clown face" and so on. No one was scared of him! This place actually cares about animals. We commute 45 mins to go see her. Thanks to her, Negan is back to his happy go lucky self. Super knowledgeable and will answer all the questions in detail. Love this place! Thank you Dr.Grey and staff. We are forever grateful
Pet Owners Beware: Multiple Misdiagnoses from Dr. Kat Gray I’m writing this review as a serious warning to fellow pet owners: over the years, I’ve personally witnessed three separate misdiagnoses from Dr. Kat Gray at Agape Animal Hospital, one of which led directly to the death of a beloved dog. The most recent case involved my dear friend's dog, who was acting strangely. Despite my many warnings, she went to Agape. Dr. Gray diagnosed a tick-borne illness, ran some blood work, gave fluids and a pain shot, and sent them home. She attributed the behavior to eating grass and being “stressed” from seeing suitcases. The dog briefly improved, but then declined. On the second visit, (again, against my advice) they received another pain shot and an inconclusive ultrasound. At one point, Dr. Gray
After calling many vets, I finally got one that accepted us right away. Bodhi had been vomiting for 24 hours and was getting weaker. Agape was the best vet experience I ever had. They took us at the last minute, and were so kind and helpful and affordable. The treatment was on target, His health is improving.
The best of the best! Dr. Gray & staff have cared for three of my pups and I wouldn't trust any other vet service to care for them. They are compassionate, caring and always puts the pet first. My pups and I wish we could give them more than5 stars! Saying Dr. Gray and staff are best of the best, no other words are needed.
