AG Urgent Care Jamaica

My experience with AG urgent care Jamaica, was very pleasant. It was my first time going there and all the staff members were very nice and helpful. The office was also clean and quiet and overall peaceful.

Absolutely horrible! I sent my child with my husband to get treated for possible RSV. Upon signing in, my child was throwing up and the doctor came to front and advised my husband that he take him to the ER and turned my son away. Mind you, there were no patients in there at the time and this urgent care is known to test/treat patients for RSV and other viruses. This was absolutely ridiculous! They had no concern for my son’s condition at all! My son goes there all the time. Never going back again!

Dr. Wright is amazing, straight forward and helpful. The gentleman Medical Assistant or Nurse that Triaged me was awesome as well. I would love for this team to be my regular PCP office. I would definitely recommend.

The medical assistant I saw was truly outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and was gentle yet efficient during the exam process. Her professionalism and compassionate care did not go unnoticed. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients, and that made all the difference. I’m very grateful for her support and would gladly recommend her to anyone seeking respectful and high-quality care.

Horrible experience, we were interrogated for being there right at the door by a lady that was supposed to see us before we could even check in. A lack of respect for privacy! The amount of disrespect and mockery was disgusting and shouldn’t be tolerated, walk out on these kinds of people. There seems to be some type of discrimination and dismissiveness towards specific group of people because there was no other reason to treat someone that way. I hope to never see someone with that attitude around people in need or have them be in charge of someone’s health esp minorities.
