After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care - Largo

I’ve been taking my children to this location for years, and overall they’ve consistently provided good care, prompt service, and reliable follow-up. We’ve rarely had long wait times, and our experiences have generally been positive. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing with a very sick baby, and after standing at the desk for several minutes without acknowledgment, I was asked if I was there to check in, and annoyingly responded that I was. I was met with dirty looks from the male staff and sarcastic remarks from the receptionist. The assumption seemed to be that I was with another family. While already unwell myself and dealing with a sick child, the interaction came across as unkind and I felt uncomfortable with the tone and

We're on vacation. The baby came down with a fever. This place was close, convenient hours, and no wait when we arrived. Check in using the qr code wasn't bad. The nurse practitioner was lovely and professional. Promptly diagnosed our child with an ear infection and we were out the door in 18 minutes total.

Brought my kids and they were taken well care of. The NP answered all our questions about flu an and b and even gave us some things to watch for. I appreciate their help and the care they provided.

My daughter stuck peas up her nose and we took her here. She was able to get in, be seen, & all taken care of in less than an hour. Every staff member we interacted with showed my husband, daughter. & I with so much kindness. We really appreciate everything they did for our first urgent care visit.
