After Hours Pediatrics

I took my 4 year old Daughter here for an emergency appointment because I was concerned that she had a UTI as she showed all the classic signs for it. They said that they would need a urine sample to determine that before they could give her antibiotics. My daughter is autistic, so collecting a sample is no easy task. They said that she probably just has vaginitas and to go home and give her baking soda baths. I requested a cup so that I could collect a urine sample at home and bring it back because I was still convinced that she had a UTI. It took 4 days for me to finally be able to collect a sample from her, so I rushed it back to the office and they said they'd reach out ASAP with the results. I hadn't heard back, so I called and they told me the results were still pending. I kept call

Went in for a check up for my son and it was mentioned he would not be getting vaccinated, which followed by being shamed, questioned, religiously discriminated and called an irresponsible parent for not wanting to vaccinate my perfectly healthy baby by the provider seeing my son, Felicia Snoberger. She was incredibly unprofessional and also stated my son would not live long if he goes without getting vaccinated.. Im absolutely heartbroken and so disappointed by the way we got treated by felicia today.

Have had nothing but horrible experiences every time I’ve went to this place. First issue my baby got sick because the doctors gave us expired milk & recently I took my son in for issues with stool and was told to give a call if the issue is still persistent and I called and spoke with a lady and was told “ you can call back and make an appointment for Wednesday “ I said I don’t want to wait to switch his milk because he seems uncomfortable and I was told to call if the symptom gets worse and she told me “ I don’t know what to tell you” it’s up to you” I will never return to this place. Or any of the locations of after hours.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for your child. I would recommend the The Holly Avenue one that’s on Paseo. The staff is really rude this is a disheartening doctor and we schedule an appointment for 9:20 AM And we had to wait for 3 hours😠 I told my daughter they had a viral infection/I do not want any of you guys to see Dr. Siegel anyways, Dr. Jim does is the doctor you need to recommend

Find a different pediatrician office. The staff is insanely rude, unorganized and does not know how insurance or appointments work and will try to prevent you from going into your appointment. Currently looking for a new pediatrician for my two boys because after two calls with the front office staff today, I had enough of this place.
