After-Hours Pediatric Urgent Care

My children have seen different Drs here but there’s 3 new Drs here who clearly love their job and care for their patients and know what they are there for. I really wish I can tell you their names right now but they’re at the Northridge Location it’s 3 woman and I’m just so happy to take my children to them each one has they’re own specialty but they all care deeply for their patients.I recommend this location 100%. and here’s where you will meet them and you will see for yourself.

Please, do not ever go to this clinic. You will spend your whole day here. Incompetent staff, care free staff. The doctor operates more like a snail. Very slow, works one minute, and next minute she is on the phone or having informal discussion with the staff. When she does see you, she will talk so fast, that you don't understand a word she says. My kids cried their eyes out, the last time we went to this clinic. We had to wait for hours. I am just too saddened writing this because, it's not the right clinic for kids. Kids clinic are supposed to be fun and friendly. Worst experience ever!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I took my 3 year old to this urgent care. Called while driving because I couldn't find them. The gal on the phone was trying to get me to sign up with their program and said she'd have to call me back to give appt. I walked in once I found the clinic and was turned away because they aren't urgent care. What? Their sign clearly states urgent care. Waste of time and felt sorry for the people waiting I'm the waiting room. Disappointed to the max.

Update - Office coordinator reached out to help with the billing issue, increasing to 3 stars. Will be giving the business another opportunity later this year with our daughters yearly physical. I'm hoping they address the long wait time as that is still a concern. Will update. -Worst customer service. Extremely long waits, useless to make appointment. Billing is even worst, they double bill you, use wrong codes when submitting to insurance. They refuse to fix their error and continue to bill you. Worst experience we've had.

I went to this urgent care because is in my daughter medical group . The place is small and dirty. When we got there the waiting roon was crowded it. We wait for almost 3 hours to being seen. My daughter had an allergic reaction and WE WAIT FOR 3 HOURS. I need to make that clear for all the parents thinking about taking their kids here. The are shortstaffed and the staff doesn’t know how to prioritize the patients , this will be ok at any regular Dr’s office but not at an urgent care. When the nurse practioner went to the room she didn’t even know in what medications my daughter was on, she keep going back to her office to check previous notes for my daughter’s own doctor.
