Complete incompetence from some of the staff. Was given a prescription for waygovy back in October. As everyone knows, it was on backorder. My insurance also required a prior authorization. After many many times calling up there finally got it authorized after a few weeks after my appt. Of course you couldn't get the meds because of the backorder. Finally in January it became available at a local pharmacy. Called up there again to see if the nurse could send my prescription to them. She commenced to being ugly and smart with me, not the first time this has happened,. Explaining to me she dosent understand, after all the hard work she did to get it authorized, why didn't i pick it up. I dont understand where she would have like me to pick it up from when nobody had it. I mean really, that'

Had an appointment for the 11th they called and cancelled. Got another appointment for the 14th at 4:40. Got there and people were waiting for their 3:00 appointment. Waited a while and I left. He should realize people have other things to do also. Need better scheduling.

I had them pull out all cast iron from under my slab house and replace it with PVC. They showed up on time and completed on time. Their excavation crew even put the garden hoses back exactly as they found them. They were a least cost of 3 bids and they did the work without breaking up my slab. Christian appears to be the foreman ordering the crews but I’ve got nothing but good words to say about all of them. I don’t expect to need them again but I can certainly recommend them

They are the very best. I take my mother, Ms. O. Jenkins to them and they are very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. We thank God for them! Amen. made an appointment with doctor and they canceled appointment the same morning then staff pushes back saying well we tried calling you today. i work and cannot look at my phone all day and the number they called from is not the office number. how can you trust doctor and staff like that.
