Affordable Dental

This place will never see my face ever again. I’ve been coming here for 3yrs I’ve had my challenges with this place but I really don’t like complaining so i dealt with it. Today I couldn’t believe that I drove an hr to this place to get photos taken (mind you it’s the 3rd time having to take them because of turnover so frequently) the lady tried to go back and forth with me about getting a cleaning next time when I come back to get a fill instead of getting it done after getting my teeth pictured. I know I’m poorly writing this my apologies in advance I’m just so frustrated because I don’t know why the Asian young lady didn’t wanna do my cleaning. The front desk lady (who I thank God for she’s so sweet) came in and told her to give me a cleaning because that’s what my appointment was for.

You make a 8:30 am appointment with me on Monday, Friday you call me and tell me my appointment is at 8:00am. You aren t even open ! Your dentist was unprofessional put crowns one without telling me, he made me a pair of partials that never fit and then you pull this

I been they for years no problem with any of the staffs. It’s just some people are different opinions.I hate going but they made me relaxed.

Wow. Worst dental experience ever. The receptionist told me over the phone that they took my insurance so I booked an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment, I asked her again if she was sure that they took my insurance. She said she was positive. While waiting in the waiting room, I overheard her tell a patient over the phone, “ go ahead, leave us a bad review. We don’t read those anyway!” I should have left then. Then, the dental assistant had to keep taking xrays over and over because she couldn’t figure out the machine and wasn’t getting much help when she asked for it. She told me she didn’t really care, because she was quitting soon anyway. I scheduled an appt for a family member, had to change the date to the following day and told the front desk not to worry about confirming that we would 100% be there. Morning of the appt I sent the family member to the office the women was extremely rude to her and told her the appt was not confirmed. I had to call while I was being seen at urgent care for an allergic reaction and complain to get them to take her for a seriously infected tooth. I explained in depth that she has a memory issue and to let me know what took place at the appt. never happened. This morning my family member called me this morning to tell me that she thinks she was given a prescription at the appt and that she misplaced it.
