I definitely do not recommend it. The manager who greets you at the door smells of cigarettes everywhere. In addition, they do not keep the appointment times and there is a very bad smell inside. I do not recommend this branch. 1650 Sand Lake Rd Ste 112A Orlando, FL 32809 United

Maria and Alex should be rewarded for their customer service! They go above and beyond to help,inform me every time I visit. They are very helpful I like the service their provide. Also they are very kind we need more people like them at there How can I forgot to add Liz she’s one of the funniest people at the clinic very respectful and kind I love her service as well. Keep it up ladies the world need more people like y’all ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It’s unfortunate that this branch has gone down the drain. Since 10 a.m., I have been forced to go back and forth with the office regarding a medication error. Despite being prescribed the wrong medication, the staff initially refused to acknowledge the mistake. The front desk staff answered the phone in a rude and dismissive manner, stating they would “call me back after speaking with the doctor,” which never happened. Ultimately, I had to involve my pharmacist, who confirmed that I had indeed been given the wrong prescription. Even then, the office argued with the pharmacist before reluctantly correcting the error. While Alex was courteous and kind, I cannot say the same for the provider I saw. The male MD/NP (whatever he is) was condescending and dismissive throughout my visit. Each t

They had me do blood work here and insisted on it , that I don’t go to another lab since my insurance already covered it . They never reached back out to me about my medical records or blood work nor told me the results, never again HORRIBLE service , how don’t you have any record of someone’s blood work . INSANITY they have no accountability and whoever oversees the reviews for the company goes back and forth with people in the review section and promotes bad service from the staff. You see how incompetent and ignorant you guys are ? Why would I give out my information to you on a public forum and have you reveal my medical information . Go and review your HIPPA laws because you clearly don’t know them🤣😂

Honestly these days it’s hard to rate doctors offices since most office have high volume of patients which causes lots of mistakes but honestly this office is wonderful the staff is genuine and the girls honestly care about your wellbeing one of the best office if you ask me great job you guys thank you
