AffirmCare at LifeBridge Health

I have never had a medical provider service that felt reliable or caring before. The AffirmCare office changed that for me. Eric and NP Roberson in the office will treat you with real respect and care. Its almost surreal to me because I had given up hope that I would ever be able to find a provider that makes things easy like accessing care, setting up, appointments, and having appointments where the provider will take their time and talk to me. Ive never been rushed and I'm always asked if I have any questions or other needs. They will explain medical things in ways that won't make you feel stupid or embarrassed. They are also super fast getting back to you with results. Honestly it's such a relief to have this place that I could just cry.

Every staff member I met was so supportive and helpful. I got excellent service, and my doctor seems like someone I can really count on. I’d say they just gave me my best healthcare experience for n 10 years.
