Front desk customer service is TOP TIER! I love Brandon’s personality and work ethic. Natalie was sweet and efficient as well. If I was rating solely on him or her it would be a 5 easily. Brandon made me feel welcome and appreciated. I wasn’t too impressed with the provider (Dr. Azhar) because I don’t understand how you can diagnose or treat a BRAND NEW PATIENT from across the room. She came in stood and stayed close to the door the entire time. Never came over to exam my skin issues. Now she was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about skin issues, but again I drove almost an hour to this location and waited a bit because they were a lil behind and she never got close. We could have done this over video and saved me time, gas, money and patience! If she would have done a real AND FUL

Had my first appointment with Dr. Azhar this week and it was such a pleasant experience. She is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, which is something that unfortunately happens often at many doctor’s offices. The entire visit felt very comfortable and thorough, and I left feeling confident in the care I received. I’m really glad I found this practice and would highly recommend Dr. Azhar to anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly takes the time to care for her patients.

I really like Affinity Derm. The receptionist(s) /front desk (two young ladies) and practitioners are great! I am Dr. Carter and NP Adrienne’s patient. I really like them both. The commute from Dallas South can be taxing so every 3 to 4 months when I’m seen, it’s nice to be greeted warmly & cared for by pleasant & knowledgeable professionals. Adrienne is leaving and I wish her the very best!

Where do I start with Affinity? The ambience, energy of the staff, playlist, and overall exam were all nothing short of amazing. Dr. Carter and assistant were both very thorough. They asked detailed questions to properly diagnose a treatment plan for me. I loved how personal and comforting everyone was from start to finish of the appointment.
