Great customer service! Victoria, Ely and Lily are the best. Dr. Carlson is amazing. Thank you Lily for fitting me in today. Anyone reading this post, if you need a dentist this is the place to go. You won’t regret it.

I chose Affinity Dental Care based on reviews. When I called to make the appointment, I asked for a new patient appointment with dental cleaning (as most dental appointments include this). After X-rays and an exam, I was told the dental hygienist was out on maternity leave. I feel like this should have been explicit when I made the appointment. The dentist was very nice as well as the person doing the X-rays. When I called to make sure my insurance wasn't billed for a cleaning, the receptionist answering the phone seemed very unapologetic and kept speaking over me. I would not recommend this dentist based on lack of customer service.

My first visit today 8/14. I was so impressed with not just Dr Carlson but also his staff. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I wasn’t sure how I would do since I found his name online. But the reviews were so positive and now I can see why. I’m looking forward to my future visits.

I am petrified of dentist. I have been putting off seeing one but had no choice after a cap broke off. I came to see dr Carlton. From the moment I called to the end of my visit was awesome. Yes awesome! His wife Victoria, and the entire staff make you feel like family. Dr Carlton is very professional. He explained everything he saw and actually had the x rays so I could see them and understand what he was going to do. I’ve never had a dental exam like this one. He checked my glands even. Never had that before. To try to make this short as I can go on praising Dr Carlton, his wife Victoria and staff. I am no longer petrified of the dentist; well this one anyway, looking forward to my next visit. Wait! Did I just say that. YES! Thank you all so very much.
