Susan is a wonderful therapist and truly kind-hearted person. Her down to earth style of talk therapy has helped me turn my life around by just being in her presence. Shes that good. I'm looking forward to learning more from her but really I'm just looking for someone experienced at helping someone responsibly through life's ups and downs and Susan fits the bill. I'll be seeing her for the next two years I'm sure of it.

I had to discontinue services due to unprofessional conduct and poor organization that impacted my care during a vulnerable time. **Major Issues:** - Scheduling chaos: Arrived for confirmed noon appointment, received text saying it was 3pm, then told to come back as it was actually noon. Was still charged despite their error. - When rescheduling, nothing available for an entire month while I was discontinuing antidepressants and needed consistent support. - Didn't receive usual confirmation text, discovered I wasn't actually scheduled for my appointment. - During first session, Susan inappropriately commented about her therapy dog, saying she got a new one because "the last one laid down and died" - extremely unprofessional for an initial meeting. Susan is disorganized and unprofessional

Went to Susan through my chart several years ago now. This is the most unprofessional "counciler/therapist" I've ever seen. Just spouts nonsense opinions instead of giving real advice. She told me that if I don't have kids I will die alone, this woman needs her licence taken away! You might as well see one of those fake "life coach" bros if you go here. Do NOT recommend.

Susan is both professional & caring and understands the art of communication. She is well versed in teaching fundamental skill sets and suggesting alternative methods to provide a refreshing change in your outlook. Sometimes taking a different approach is necessary, and I have found her to be very helpful in facilitating self growth.

Very well educated. She helped me solve many communication issues I had been having with my partner. Also, I highly recommend her tips for working with difficult children.
