Ms Susie and her associates are the bomb staff! Went out of her way to help me, that's called excellent customer service!! I went to the office off of Flamingo and Eastern. The 4 stars is for staff, the negative -star goes to the Dr. Wasn't very friendly, or knowledgeable!
I had an appointment at the Town Center Drive location, here in Las Vegas. My appointment was Friday, Nov 4th at 1 PM. I left my home at 11:15 AM. I get there, wait over 30 minutes to be told the research "closed" 2 hours prior. I never got a call or email, letting me know this before I wasted my time & money(to pay fare). They emailed me the day before, reminding me of the appointment, so they had my email info, plus cell & home phone numbers. I even checked my email that morning, to be sure the appointment hadn't been cancelled or rescheduled, and there was nothing from Affiliated Clinical Research. I emailed Regina Campbell (Patient Services Coordinator) to ask why I wasn't notified & all she said was they did call me (a lie) and apologize for the inconvenience. Big deal! My advice is,
Staff was very professional and organized. Very impressed and recommended.
VERY UNORGANIZED!
