AFC Urgent Care Worcester

Couldn't get on to see my Primary Care. Someone recommended this place to me. I called and made an appointment for 10am on Wed. I got there about 20 minutes early. They took me in within about 10 minutes. The intake nurse was awesome and the NP was also extremely helpful and very nice. Was out in no time. Thank you.

This place gave excellent care to my son. They saw him as a last-minute patient. They did not turn him away and he was seen and treated efficiently and professionally. The staff was very kind and it went a long way with us. We highly recommend this place..

I was seen at AFC Urgent Care in Worcester.  The PA (Thu Nguyen) that saw me was fantastic - friendly, thorough, great bedside manner, I think she deserves a raise. She works really hard. The Phlebotomist- Saskya - did a great job drawing my blood. She was so friendly, efficient, and professional.  Great job - First stick. Give her a raise too. I also thought the ancillary staff  at AFC are amazing, including the manager, Dominika, and MAs Dahlia, Nehwar, Gracyn and Kadelin.

I was extremely sick and called in advance to make an appointment because I did not want to wait in the waiting room while I'm sick. The woman on the phone said to walk right in, there's no wait. I walked in shortly after and there's a huge wait. Unbelievable. I had how long the wait was, she said 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, only 3/16 patience were seen so I left. I had to walk here while extremely sick. It's very inconsiderate to just lie to keep people on here.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was attentive, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit. The process was simple and fully digitalized, which made everything smooth and convenient. I truly appreciated how organized and streamlined the system was. Highly recommended.
