AFC Urgent Care Willow Grove

Extremely pleasant experience. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Ariana was lovely, friendly and funny which made for a good distraction when feeling so unwell. Dr. Kazim was friendly, and provided excellent detail of my diagnosis and treatment options.

I had an outstanding experience at AFC Urgent Care and feel compelled to share how impressed I was with the level of care I received. I was seen on Sunday, January 11th, by Dr. Eva Michael, and her professionalism, clinical judgment, and bedside manner were truly exceptional. Dr. Eva went above and beyond what anyone would expect from an urgent care physician. She personally followed up by calling me Sunday evening and again Monday morning to ensure I was taking my antibiotic, to check on my pain level, and to make sure my condition was improving. That level of follow-up and genuine concern is rare in medicine today—especially in an urgent care setting. Had the flu recently and went to AFC after I couldn’t even get a parking spot at the urgent care in Jenkintown. I was shocked that, as a walk in, I was seen in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Arianna took my vitals and had such good energy, which is exactly what you need when you’re feeling sick. Dr. Tepper was thorough and kind as she explained what I had and also gave me some insight into the patterns of flu strains she’s been seeing overall. She prescribed me meds and I was out the door in probably 30-45 minutes total. Already feeling better. Highly recommend!

The check in online ahead of time was easy. I made sure I did the first appointment slot available, and I was there early so I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The nurse was wonderful and kind. The doctor was not thorough, and I was hoping for a better evaluation than what I was given. I would not return for this reason.

My primary doctor was closed so I decided to schedule an appointment with urgent care, something I usually dread because of the wait time. But to my surprise, the wait time was super fast and check-in was super easy. Staff and Doctor were really friendly. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Next time, I definitely won’t hesitate to book an appointment with them if I need to.
