AFC Urgent Care West Islip

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Leslie, the medical assistant who helped me during my visit. From the moment she called me in, she was kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring. She explained everything clearly while testing me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her calm and friendly energy truly eased my nerves and made going into the office a much more positive experience. Leslie is compassionate, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. She is a true asset to the office, and I’m so grateful for the care she provided.

It was a pleasure to work with Leslie today. Everything was explained to me in detail. I appreciated her politeness and professionalism. Her thoroughness made the process smooth and easy to understand. I felt confident in her guidance and left with a clear understanding of the next steps. It was a great experience, and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I absolutely am always please by coming to this urgent care. Everyone is so nice, it’s very clean - very easy sign in and no waiting for a long time at all. I highly recommend them and I’m very grateful I stumbled upon them a few years back. I go here not even to my own primary care physician. Don’t hesitate and just walk in if need be. 💚💚💚

Easy to make an appointment, same day. The place is clean, warm and welcoming. I waited less than 5 minutes to get called in and less than 5 minutes to see the doctor. The staff is kind and excellent at their job. I was self pay and it wasn't much at all for visit and treats and I paid for meds without breaking the bank. I'll definitely make sure I keep these guys in mind if I ever need to go again, couldn't thank them enough.

The receptionist, nurse and PA were all very nice and caring. I was also seen within a few minutes from arriving. The PA took time to understand and talk to me about my issue. I walked out feeling better than when I walked in.
