Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Patient Treatment – February 18, 2026 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the treatment I received from Provider Nicole Marden during my recent visit to your clinic. I brought my daughter in due to persistent symptoms, including fever that began two days prior. At the time of the visit, she did not have a fever. I clearly explained that I had been monitoring and stabilizing her condition at home. My purpose for the visit was to request an RSV test, as she had already been tested for COVID and influenza. My daughter is currently prescribed Symbicort and Bromfed, and I also requested medication refills as well as appropriate symptom management. This is my second time going to an AFC Urgent care facility. My overall experience was good. Finding a location and scheduling an appointment was the easiest thing that I had to do. Most importantly , the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

Staff went "beyond-the-call-of- duty" when I had tech issues with my new phone. The office workers spoke with my potential employer to transfer data I was unable to maneuver and did it with such class without making me feel inept. These guys are real PROS. I am Both impressed and grateful.

This was much easier than I thought. Very friendly staff. The wait was a bit for me, but much better than going to an ER, which is totally acceptable. All of my questions were answered, which is good. I got a note from work because of mobility issues. Excellent service, thank you for your care and time.

I showed up as a walk-in patient. The service was great as I treated within 5-10 minutes as there were other people who came before me who had an appointment. There should be more than one provider for this location.
