AFC Urgent Care - Warminster

I came in with severe ear blockage. Urgent care resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Great care. Great technical skill and wonderful soft skills. Great experience.

Dr Smayda was not only professional but personable, a quality lacking in many physicians. We had a very short wait time, staff were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back if need be. We were not rushed. If we could we would actually ask for Dr Smayda! Great experience, (for being in pain?!)

Had an appointment, however it was not honored. Arrived about 15 minutes early. Other patients WHO DID NOT HAVE an appointment were taken before me. I was called back approximately one hour only after I spoke up at the front desk. After the appointment was over, I was told I was all "finished". While I was walking to the door, I was called back to sign something. I was about 5 seconds from leaving the building. Your ID was taken when you first arrive. After waiting about 45 minutes, I asked for my ID back. Was told "They have it in the back". Why would you not tell the patient that when you ask for the ID in the first place? Would not return. Dr Craig Feinman is a genius. He has taught me a few new tricks to use when I have an asthma flair up. But, recently I had to go in again because I felt so sick. I was so tired, sore, etc. Flu like... but just a chest and sinus infection. The doc had me out of there in no time; really good people. Dee Dee was my nurse. So polite and caring. And Alyssa. Alyssa runs circles around most people. She appears to be doing the job of at least two people. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!! I truly appreciate how the team helped me.

I was seen my DO Richard Smayda and received some of the worst service of my life. He did not take any time to ask me about how I was feeling what was going on, just shined a light on me and started googling what prescriptions and what dosage to use for me. Went to my PCP to find out his assessment was wrong, prescription was wrong, and everything about the situation was horrible.
