AFC Urgent Care Union City

Waited almost an hour with only two people in front of me and then basically had to convince the doctor to swab me for Covid flu and strep after she said she wanted me to just take Tylenol and take it easy… Turns out I had the flu. Would probably make an appointment next time although the last time I visited, it didn’t make that much of a difference in wait time.

I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care! I found it online and realized I could complete all my insurance and pre-checkin work, as well as sign up for an appointment time with a 15-minute advance text notification. Once I arrived, I was greeted professionally and only had to wait a few minutes to go in. The practioner came in and was a great communicator. She asked all the pertinent questions about the history leading to my visit. She listened extremely well and totally understood my situation in just minutes. I am very happy with the results. It's a very clean, new (interior) office with a professionally friendly staff. It's an accessible facility. Street parking nearby, with bus service just outside the door.

After 4 days with fever and vomiting, I took my son here because his pediatrician isn't open on Saturdays. It is clean and organized and has a parking lot. The wait time was under 10 minutes since I did all the paperwork online. The receptionist was very nice as was the nurse and the doctor. The doctor answered my questions and concerns and took her time with my son. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely come again if needed.

Truly the best doctor experience I’ve ever had. Friendly, gives you good information, listens to you, is helpful. I’ve had the flu/pneumonia and their kindness and care went above and beyond.

The best urgent care! I have recommended my sisters here as well as my kids. You’re taking care of right away. And definitely don’t waste your time. The staff is amazing. Overall is a 10/10
