AFC Urgent Care Thousand Oaks

This was a very special experience. Every person was so professional and caring. What the other two Urgent Care neglected to do was inform me exactly what was going on. I didn’t have a bladder infection but I had the pain in my lower abdomen and the often urge to urinate. The nurses practitioner called and explained what I had. Now I know what to say to my Urogynecologist and also show him the results of my urine test. I didn’t get a call from the other other two Urgent Care neglected.

Online appointment was organized, clear, and efficient. But the best part was the staff! The front desk, NP and nurse were so friendly and professional. I had a gross finger infection and actually left in a good mood. It was unlike any experience I’ve had at a doctors office. No coldness, super warm, confident, and helpful. I recommend them!

What a fantastic experience! Going to urgent care is never fun or easy but my visit this morning was surprisingly both. The check in process was very simple and fast, I waited no longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. The x-ray tech Matt was very friendly and kind. My doctor, Lara, was fabulous. She was very gentle and patient and really took the time to explain everything to me. For my own sake, I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I ever need urgent care, I’m only going here!

From the receptionist to the back staff and the provider the care was excellent!!! Especially the provider who was very caring, empathetic and thorough. Her bedside manners were calming to me even with my pain level which was 10. She was able to calm me and my BP decreased significantly during the visit. Thankful we have providers out there who still care about their patients.

1st Experience: Absolutely pleasant environment. Super friendly staff, very helpful people.I would definitely choose to go back to this place if I ever have any health needs. The service was fast, the new patient paperwork was super easy.I would recommend this urgent care facility , five out of five stars all the way. 💯💯💯 2nd Experience: Once again, the staff was amazing.This is the second time that I have gone to this urgent care specifically and I absolutely love how great they treat their people. They are super helpful, respectful and quick.Most of all, I love it that they get you in and out of there in a decent amount of time , so you don't have to spend all day waiting. The Doctor is a total sweetheart.I absolutely love her.
