AFC Urgent Care Southcenter

I travel for work so I use a lot of urgent cares as I am not always in the same place. This urgent care had the nicest front desk staff I have ever encountered in any doctors office, in any state, in my entire life. I went in for a workmans comp claim and they were so helpful and patient and kind. They made me feel so much more at ease and welcomed. The clinic staff were also very nice- no notes. But it was the front desk staff that really made this a wonderful visit.

Amazing customer service. The front desk was very helpful and respectful. I didn't get their name, maybe Cruz. PA Jackson and the medical assistant were very welcoming. I also observed how they treat the other patients with respect as they check in.

Dr. Jackson and staff are phenomenal! They take time to listen and hear your concerns, instead of rushing you through the process. They’ve followed up and made sure I was feeling better after a couple days. Wait times were extremely reasonable (well under an hour), than the typical 3-5hr wait times with Valley urgent care.

Clean facilities and was seen quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. Dr. Likens was informative and understanding, explaining everything and answering all my questions. They referred me to a couple places, all near by (within a couple mile radius), which was nice. Had to wait a little longer than expected in the examination room, but I didn’t mind (as there appeared to be a more urgent matter with another patient). Overall great experience, for an unexpected doctor’s visit!

I had the "fortune" to be seen by 2 different urgent cares for the same issue over a 2 week period. The staff at AFC were skilled, quick, and attentive. I left AFC feeling better and most importantly a plan to get better. This was by far the best urgentcare!
