AFC Urgent Care Southampton

I had a truly great experience at this urgent care. The staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen quickly. Daniel and Irene were absolutely exceptional. They were kind, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and showed genuine care throughout my visit. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of service I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone needing prompt, high-quality care. Thank you again to Daniel, Irene, and Sam!

Had an amazing experience at AFC today. After waiting almost 2 hours at another UC which caused my son to have a really rough tantrum, my wife suggested AFC since it’s around the corner from our house. The staff at AFC were able to see my son promptly and took great care of him, I couldn’t be happier and now he is feeling much better! My family has definitely found our new go-to urgent care!

Everyone from Hannah at the front desk, to include Shannon and Daniel were so caring, kind and professional. Feeling much better after having the worst sore throat I have ever had. Although I felt awful one day ago I truly feel better just one day later. I would recommend this specific location to everyone. I had a contact lens tear in my eye and a small piece remained. Being a Sunday morning before a major winter storm, my husband called to ask if they would be able to help. No answer after letting it ring and ring. So I went online and registered stating the reason for the visit which was for a piece of a torn contact lens in the eye. Since I rubbed my eye so much I didn’t know if it was just irritated or the piece was still there. Was hoping they could take a look. I made the online reservation at 9 AM for 10:30. I get there and the gentleman at the desk after looking at my confirmation said he had to check if they could even look at the eye. Moments later he said they could not as they did not have the capability to remove foreign objects. Didn’t offer to just look and confirm, didn’t pro

I really like this Urgent Care. The staff is friendly and the doctors and assistants are thorough. I have been helped by Nila, Joanne, Sam and Irene. If this were able to be my primary physician facility, I wouldn’t hesitate for one second. Highly recommend this facility.
