AFC Urgent Care Shelton

I was greeted right away and filled out a little information. It was fairly early on a Saturday morning the staff was very pleasant. A young lady Taylor took me into an office where I was asked what symptoms I was having and took my temperature and blood pressure. From there I was taking to a room to wait for the doctor. Taylor was very attentive to my needs and asked if there was anything I needed. She got me a water and swabbed me for flu and Covid. Very professional and pleasant the doctor as well. This was my second time at this facility. Very clean and organized.

Staff was very professional and helpful. They also had the diagnostic tools to test for flu, rsv, covid, and x-ray for pneumonia. I'm very grateful AFC staff was able to assist me so capably. Would highly recommend.

Pretty disappointed with my experience. I went in with an urgent issue. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Took a urine sample to run tests. When I placed my sample in the drawer, there was another one sitting in there already. Told me my test results would take about two days. It’s now been two weeks. I have called them 4 times, no call back. No test results. Wish I’d have gone somewhere else.

Pleasant quick thorough and clean... in out less than hour w tetanus shot .. thank you 2nd visit few months later ... Start to finish.. staff professional attentive caring w listening to all issues thorough w evaluation and diagnosis and follow up care... grateful they are there and noticed all women run.. all dedicated to getting you well. Thank you

The receptionist was friendly. The nurse that came out to get me was amazing, and very sweet. The PA who attended me was very thorough , informative and showed a great deal of concern for my ailment. I would highly recommend that afc urgent care without hesitation .
