AFC Urgent Care Santa Clarita

I had some technical issues with signing in on your website. The receptionist tried and had issues too. She was able to finally get it worked out, but had to do it all on her computer at the front desk. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. The wait was long when we arrived... 90 minutes. Not sure if more staffing is needed or what. Perhaps during cold and flu season have more doctors, PAs or nurse Ps on call. The back office staff and our PA were fantastic! Thank you for the great care for my husband.

We saw NP Mitchell, she was great at diagnosing my son and checked all the basis. He’s recovering well thanks to the medication that was given to him. She also double checked my daughter and she’s doing good as well. The rest of the staff was nice and attentive. Thank you for the great experience.

The people here are amazing! They don’t dismiss your feelings, they investigate, take tests, and really spend the time to figure out what is going on. That has been my experience every time I have come. Thank you so much! You guys are awesome and the only Urgent Care I will go to!

This has been our second time here…. I had to bring my daughter since she was under the weather. The staff is so professional caring I’m so glad we found them. Overall just amazing for an urgent care…. Thank u all for taking such good care of my daughter!!!

We started at the Valencia location but was offered the option to transfer to Canyon Country since there was no wait there. We drove over and my child was seen immediately. Friendly and helpful receptionist checked us in and then the provider was Nurse Practitioner Amy. She listened well and there was very little wait time for the tests. We were on our way in about 45 minutes. Follow up continued to be great. We got a call later with and update on diagnosis and treatment. They called again the next day and the provider (PA Sungmin this time) took careful time to listen to current symptoms and provided next steps.
