AFC Urgent Care Ridley

The medical assistant was kind of nice, and front desk was cool. But my issue is I sat here almost an hour, paid more than $100 copay just for the physician to not offer me an x-ray even though my symptoms IMO presented that I needed one and to rush me out and to just give me a prescription for some ibuprofen. Went to another urgent care and found out I had a severe case of bursitis. I wouldn’t recommend going here!

I've been here for myself a few times. They are friendly fast to see you once checked in. Took my son here on a Sunday 2pm. Quickly seen and diagnosed. Friendly doctor & nurse. Will recommend.

Went in for lower back pain from a slip and fall on ice. Dr Scott and staff were very welcoming and concerned. I was seen very quickly and treated. By the time I pulled off from the parking lot I had already received notice that CVS was working on my needed prescription. Very convenient and saved me a trip to the emergency room.

My doctor could not fit me in and I needed to get Covid and flu test before I could get treated. Urgent care was quick thorough got my script ordered at an all hour CVS since my pharmacy was closed . Everyone was nice professional and I got the meds. I need it to start to heal. This is the second time I’ve used this location and both times have been excellent.

I would have gave them a 5 had they not went ahead and charged our HSA 5 cents 2 weeks after I was there. My fee was 175.05 apparently. But the day I was there they only charged me 175. So two weeks later they charge my account without my permission. Also the home uti test I took was positive. Their test was negative. But the urine culture that was sent out was positive. So I did have a uti and didnt get antibiotics for 4 days after my urgent care visit. Nurses did call to tell me and even check on how I was feeling but I dont think Ill go there again
