AFC Urgent Care Norwalk

Arrived for appointment 5 minutes early. Office again confused regarding my appointment, could not understand why I was there again. Had to explain to the front staff several times that I needed a physical for my new job and that I had been there yesterday for a drug screening and that AFC called me to reschedule this appointment for a physical. Waited 30 minutes before I was seen and I was the first person and only person checked in online, walked in to an empty room. Back room nursing staff was great. Be prepared to wait here seriously.

The team got me in immediately and was super caring. The doctor was able to keep me calm while getting stitches and made she I was comfortable with everything she did.

Had to pay attention to an ear problem that was brewing for two days. Was in and out in record time, and the care could not have been more attentive and effective. I am very grateful that they are in such close proximity to where I live. this is my fourth visit there for different situations and they all have worked out well. Highly recommended.

Hi there! When I walked in the family center I had no idea what was wrong. I had ringing in my ear, I just got over a cold - I felt heavy, just not in good shape. When I was there the Dr knew exactly what I needed. Very quick, very friendly, Just a wonderful experience. I thank everyone for a good experience.

Awesome experience in terms of people. The waiting area could use a little freshen up in terms of looks but didn’t go there for that. Very sudden onset hearing loss in left ear. Got to the root of it in under 5 and at pharmacy now. Thanks to Kelly and friendly approach it was, altogether, an awesome and relieving experience. Thanks All!
