AFC Urgent Care North Worcester

I went there for possibly a blocked tear duct that had been going on for 3 weeks and was causing some slight, but constant irritation to my left eye. I had made an appointment and filled out everything prior to going there and they took me right away which I definitely appreciated in the moment. Unfortunately, 45 minutes later, I was still sitting in the patient room waiting to be seen by a doctor. I totally understand that the appointment times for seeing the doctor does get pushed out further and further throughout the day, BUT NO ONE WAS THERE! It wasn't busy at all, hence why I was taken in right away. I told myself I would wait 15 more minutes, but some person opened the door, stared right at me, and didn't say anything. She just looked at me and then left without shutting the door. T

This place is so unprofessional. The girl at the desk had my phone # copied down wrong and was wondering why I did not receive a confirmation code. So where did my personal information go? Also, people were going in front of myself and another gentleman. We were here w-a-y before the 3 others she let go in front of us. Very unprofessional and an attitude that definitely needs people skills applied. SO SAD! PEOPLE ALREADY DO NOT FEEL WELL AND ARE NOT LOOKING FOR AN ATTACK OR ARGUMENT. She also stated you can go to your own Drs.! The people were like wow.. unacceptable . NOW THE DR. AND NURSE (5 *) WERE SUPERB AND PROFESSIONAL AND KIND AND CARING. THANK YOU.

I had an appointment at 8am and was not brought back until almost 9am. A walk-in patient was bright back before I was. What's the point of having appointments? After working a 12hr night shift this was a bit much. The lobby was freezing. The MA and provider were very nice though.

I have had the pleasure of using AFC's services several times and I highly recommend them. They offer extended hours and very little wait time. On top of that, their staff is great. I felt like my wellness mattered and they took the time to address ally needs. I highly recommend AFC on West Boylston St and am grateful for the level of care I received.

I made an appointment online and also checking in through text. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen. Staff was nice. I wish there was a way for the clinic to contact patients while they wait in their cars. I was in alot of pain while waiting in the waiting room on an uncomfortable chair. I would of love to have waiting in my car. But overall I have no complaints on the overall care.
