Outstanding staff that truly care about their patients! From the receptionist, to the medical assistant, to the provider..all are incredibly kind, efficient, and knowledgeable! Clinic is so clean and fresh! Highly, highly recommend! Will absolutely be back! Thank you AFC UrgentCare Staff!!

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care, thanks to the front desk staff. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, walked me through how to complete the online paperwork, and even remembered me from a phone call earlier that day. That level of attentiveness and kindness really made a difference and set a positive tone for my visit. The nurse and doctor were just as wonderful—compassionate, thorough, and very efficient. I felt listened to, well cared for, and never rushed. The entire team at AFC Urgent Care made what could have been a stressful visit a very positive experience.

AFC Urgent Care North Colorado Springs did an excellent job of caring for our family’s needs during the weekend when we couldn’t access our primary care doctor. The staff greeted us as soon as we arrived and were incredibly caring and professional. They made us feel safe and comfortable during a difficult time. The waiting room was nice and the facility was easy to find. I am really grateful for Quinn and the medical staff’s ability to get us checked in, seen quickly, diagnosed, and back home expeditiously. This was the best experience we have ever had in an urgent care. They were kind and professional. When the wait time ended up being a little longer than expected, the staff made sure we were updated and offered water and snacks. Even with a slight delay we were taken care of and out the door in an appropriate amount of time. Thank you to the whole staff. Kathleen did a great job.

Best visit to the doctor in my adult life. It started with calling Bre and asking about services, appts. etc. She was super friendly and very informative. When I got there I saw Leah first, and she was a ray of sunshine. She got all my info and I didn't need to wait long to see Shannon the NP. What an absolute treasure of a human being. She answered all my questions, got all my tests set up quickly, and was very helpful in translating all my bloodwork and test results. She even fast tracked an appointment for me with the imaging center near my house. I had to go back for a follow up and everyone was just as friendly and helpful as before. I can't recommend this place enough. Best UC in the city and my new go to for all future tests and procedures. If they don't do it there, they will refe
