AFC Urgent Care Norfolk

From the time I entered the waiting room until discharge, I felt noticed and valued. The waiting room clerk directed me to the check-in Kiosk. After check-in, I immediately received additional check-in info on my mobile phone. The waiting process was less than five minutes, including taking my vitals. The person who took my xrays was totally professional and finished them quickly. My attending physician was totally informative as to her diagnosis and any follow-up treatment concerns. A courtesy copy of my discharge papers was also sent to my mobile phone, which included thanks for my choosing AFC as a component of my healthcare regimen. Great experience!

Very pleasantly surprised! Quick, clean, smelled nice, doctor came in quickly. Didn't wait in the room forever. Front desk lady was super nice!! Nurse that checked me in for the doc was very through and asked good questions and listened to me.

AJ was very pleasant and nice. She has amazing customer service skills and it’s great with people. She was sure to help me and answer any questions that I had. I Strongly suggest this location to anyone is very convenient and the people are nice. AJ is very friendly and comical and she made my visit very special.

Amanda was something, but like in the best way possible. It's rare for me to have someone who plays into my type of humor under stress, and she got it in spades. Very professional and made me feel welcome. 10/10 would come again!

The nurses are very polite and efficient. The doctor I’ve seen twice now, she listens very well and is very knowledgeable. As a black woman having black women work on me is definitely reassuring. Also everytime I go in (I’ve been three different times now) it’s been very clean. The lobby is clean, the back where the exam rooms are is very clean. Overall had a great experience. I’m usually not waiting for too long either. I think the longest I’ve waited was about an hour. When there were a few people in the back and ahead of me in the lobby. That also included how long I was waiting for the doctor after the nurses took my vitals. They stay open till 8pm and I went at 7pm my last visit. I was in and out in 20 mins, got the medication and doctor’s note I needed. This is also an urgent care t
