AFC Urgent Care New Bedford

Pleasantly surprised! Scheduling online was quick and convenient, and they even emailed the paperwork ahead of time so I didn’t have to do it in the waiting room. The facility was clean, the wait time was minimal, and both the staff and the doctor were pleasant and professional. The doctor was particularly kind and easy to talk to. All of these things make a big difference when you’re not feeling well.

Excellent customer service at registration—everyone was very polite and communicated clearly. The doctor was absolutely amazing. Truly extraordinary care. They listened attentively to everything I shared and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of my treatment and follow-up. I felt heard, cared for, and confident moving forward. I was extremely well treated, the nurse practitioner MacKenna Smith NP was wonderful and so sympathetic and helpful. I couldn't have gotten better care. The prescription started to work overnight just like she said. I am very grateful 🙏

Staff was great!! However the waiting room has a lot to be desired… I actually went and waited in my car because it was gross. The chairs need replacing!! Floors swept Maybe some housekeeping throughout the day to keep up with sanitary needs. Definitely would recommend!! The NP was awesome…staff was friendly and wait was not bad at all.. very efficient!!

If I could give 0 I would; we had a 9:00 appointment, it is now 10:23 and we still haven’t been seen. Nobody is willing to explain the hold up or try to make it right. Nobody is in the waiting room, so again not sure what the hold up is but absolutely ridiculous. Staff uncommunicative.
