AFC Urgent Care Malden

They are very quick as in fill out all ur paperwork online when u book your appointment for the time you need , took me right away . Saw the doctor right after the nurse was done taking my vitals she examined me thoroughly and took the time to listen to what I had to say ! I rate them 100% and they’re not even associated w my primary care provider I’m thinking of switching because of the kindest people at this urgent care, Thank You SO much your a lifesaver Ñ will most definitely be back here if I have any other medical issues due to the whole team there went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a speedy manner but not rushed !! N 🩵

I had an excellent experience at AFC Urgent Care in Malden. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving, which was incredibly appreciated. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. I felt well cared for and informed throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

Was able to get a quick appointment. Scheduled on line for a 9:45am and was seen right on time. Clinical staff was pleasant and efficient. COVID and flu swabs. Very little wait time for clinicians. Was seen by NP and X-ray. Everyone was very clear with instructions. I was in and out under an hour! Fantastic!! Front desk/receptionist barely acknowledged me. Little eye contact and no smile. Was surprised that front office was not masked but everyone in the clinical area was. Also, the waiting room was pretty full of coughing patients without masks. Front desk should be encouraging mask usage. I used the mask that was on the desk, clearly marked.

I thought this UC would be a quick alternate than going to my PCP office or ER. I've gone three different t times. Each time expecting a different result . I've never been out of there less than 2 hours . Majority closer to 3. Place was dead with one or two other patients. All my ailments were quick issues ( strep swab, ear infection). I won't be going back

Scheduled an appointment early this morning after waking up with a terribly sore throat. I was seen almost immediately after opening. Staff is friendly, the clinic is very clean. I had an excellent experience with the NP N. Azevedo who treated me today. This is my second time seeing him for separate reasons, but each time I have had a positive experience with him. He was thorough, attentive, and incredibly patient while explaining what was going on and what steps I needed to take next. He asked thoughtful questions, made sure I felt heard, and didn’t rush the visit at all. I left feeling reassured and confident in my care. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. I would come back to the clinic again if he was still a provider.
