AFC Urgent Care Levittown

This is the first time I have ever been and I'm so happy to say that this is the best health care establishment that I have ever been to in this immediate area. I was taken great care of the moment I walked in. I signed in and was taken back to an exam room in a very timely manner. No long waiting at all. The nurses/doctor and staff were great. Took the time to listen to me to explain to them why I was here. Understood fully and actually tested me for all types of things, (influenza A & B, covid, strep, etc.) to find out what was going on with me. Only took ten minutes to get results and get me on my way to feeling better. I highly recommend this health care facility to everyone. Afc was wonderful. You will definitely get the care and treatment you deserve as a human being. Thnx so much f

Very polite. Fast, it was early and empty. Love the online check in time. Diagnosis was fast and accurate. Prescription for treatment was basic. When my family doctor got to see me , he ordered a secondary treatment. The doctor was young and this was my first time there, so I didn't have a lot of confidence. But he got all the basics right and very fast. Would use it again if needed.

Went here for the first time during covid and a year later started going there for DOT physicals every year. I love this place, in and out in a short time. Had to deal with Concentra a few times and I would be waiting almost 3 hours. Hopefully my company keeps us coming here.

First of all let me say I NEVER write reviews complaining but I’m not gonna lie this place PMO today. Day of the appointment was mostly fine, got in fast they make you pay the copay up front which is fine, girls at the front desk were okay. They both 100% had the type of attitude where it seemed like they both had something better to do than be there and I’m pretty sure one was the manager. Doctor was actually really good unfortunately I don’t remember his name. HOWEVER today is what pissed me off. It’s payday, I log onto my bank account. I see a pending charge from this AFC for $75 which I’m confused about. I didn’t receive a bill from them OR a call that they were charging my card. Which I think is very very unprofessional. I don’t care that I had to pay more, but notification would’ve

I got seen pretty quickly. The team was kind and professional. The doctor didn’t just focus on getting me through my issue from my visit today but offered additional guidance recommendation for me to address an underlying issue. To me, it lets me know they care about people, not just their bottom line. I’d recommend friends and family to go to AFC for their urgent care needs, and I myself will go back in the future if needed.
