AFC Urgent Care Ken Caryl

I was recently seen at AFC Urgent Care on South Kipling and Remmington. What a great experience, especially since I wasn’t feeling great! Everyone was very kind, caring and professional. NP Kevin is very thorough and answered all of my questions. The facility was bright, clean and comfortable. Even though there are urgent care clinics closer to our home, I would drive the extra distance if ever needed again.

I’m so grateful to have urgent care as a resource. The front desk gal was incredibly kind, the NP Cassie was outstanding, and the tech—who recently graduated nursing school (Congrats! You’re gonna rock it in the ER!)—was wonderful as well. This team is well-rounded, dependable, and prompt with care. I’m truly thankful I chose AFC.

My hubby had complications from the Flu and we went in. Danielle, the FNP there, was very thorough - even ordering an x-ray from my husband's lungs to make sure no pneumonia. We are Seniors on Medicare and appreciate the thoroughness. Thank you!

Went in on a Saturday afternoon after I stepped on a nail and got a deep puncture wound in my foot. The intake process was super fast and easy and all of the staff were very friendly and professional and kind. Despite this location being very busy when I arrived, they got me in and out in an hour and a half, which I thought was very good. The guys that work there are easy on the eyes, so that was a nice bonus.

My son is in daycare and has gotten several illnesses where he needed to be seen by a physician out of his pediatrician’s office hours. We had a bad experience at another location, but really love the staff here and this is now our go-to urgent care center. All of the staff we’ve come across have been friendly, professional and caring. I also appreciate that I was able to call when a medicine didn’t seem to be effective and the physician called in something new without needing us to come back in.
