AFC Urgent Care Hilltop

The staff at AFC are all amazing! The facility is very clean and everyone is welcoming. The receptionist Kaila is kind, helpful, and friendly. Carolyn and Natalia were very compassionate, knowledgeable, efficient, and quick. My daughters and I have visited this location several times for illness varying from UTI, sinusitis, and flu/covid testing. Each visit has exceeded expectations for care. The ladies here are great with kids.

I have been to AFC Urgent Care several times over the last couple of months and I am pleased to say that I am truly impressed and grateful to them. I am very grateful for the kind front desk staff, knowledgeable and well equipped providers, as well as a clean environment. I especially want to recognize the amazing Medical Assistants Carolyn and Brittany, the incredible X-Ray tech Theresa, and the wonderful providers Kim, Natalia, and most recently Jenalee. I also want to mention that I am never waiting for hours to be seen. The service is quick and efficient, yet they still catered to my specific needs and were able to provide excellent care. 10/10 I do recommend.

I’ve been here a few times for minor issues but last night I went in for a pretty bad laceration on 2 fingers. I’ve seen Natalia the NP there before but last night she was really outstanding! She took her time with me, was able to suture my finger all while keeping the environment light and funny. She is really kind and I appreciate that! The nurse and front desk staff were so kind too, which makes an experience like this so much easier. Definitely recommend them if you need some good and passionate care!

came in with respiratory problems, tried to catch it early, been sick the past two days. been hospitalized with sickness several times due to asthma. recurring problem of doctors everywhere not listening to their patients or taking us seriously. today they said there is nothing wrong and to just take otc medications. would be nice to have offered any type of advice or medication, dr. looked at me like i was crazy when I expressed concern. just would stick with patient first next time, doctors are more willing to listen and typically more professional. if they would help give ANYTHING for sore throat, cough, congestion, better and cheaper than otc medications, would have been worthwhile as i came and spent over an hour, mostly waiting. you will be in and out of patient first faster too. jus

I am a traveling VA patient from Colorado healthcare system, and was referred to this urgent care since I am currently staying closest to this facility. The staff were wonderful! I showed up close to closing time, but they were on top of everything. They immediately confirmed that I was approved by the VA to receive care from them, had my paperwork ready for me to complete, took my biometric measurements, and consulted with me regarding my reasons for the visit. They gave me great care and treated me as if I was the first appointment of the day. All of the staff from the front desk to the medical professionals in the back, and the doctor treating me were very attentive, caring, informative, and helpful.
