AFC Urgent Care Fort Collins

I really like this urgent care; I had to go in because I was super sick and my primary doctor couldn't see me for another two weeks; Turns out I had strep 😬 Luckily, I found this location; Easy to set up a time a time block on my phone, then check in. Beautiful and calm waiting area, friendly staff that know what they are doing and aren't rushing through the motions. My nurse was kind, the provider was wonderful; They took care of me, got me a prescription and doctor's note, and got me on my way within 45 min. Very good place

This evening, my husband and I took our 5-year-old daughter to AFC. We usually go to a pediatric urgent care, so initially I was questioning if we should have gone there, but I'm so glad that we didn't. The provider that saw us was excellent. She was great with our daughter! She had great bedside manner, and she was very knowledgeable. I will definitely use this urgent care again for myself and/or my daughter. Thank you so much for the excellent care and for going above and beyond!

I was welcomed in as a walk in a hour before close without any hesitation. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful front staff as this was my first visit and had to go through the checking in process. The process was very smooth and user friendly! Wait time was minimal even as a walk in with 3 patients before me. A poor child vomited in the waiting room and the staff handled it with grace as well as cleaned it up swiftly! The room was clean, soothing music and cuddly critters were playing on a TV. I felt very much at ease I wasn't expecting that. Nurse and Doc showed empathy, listened carefully, and were thorough with instructions and care. I did not feel rushed out or anxious or like I was "just another patient". The team truly made me feel like they cared! Thank you.

AFC off of timberline was clean, friendly, and somehow relaxing! The best part about the whole thing: relaxing turtle music in the exam rooms! I had low expectations walking in, thinking it was some big-chain, doc-in-box, patient mill experience, but that was, thankfully, not the case! The X ray tech who did my drug screen was personable and friendly, explaining things thoroughly. The front desk lady was very helpful and upbeat, making me feel wanted and welcome, helped and supported. The nurse Siera was friendly and advocated so that I got what I needed. They had relaxing music in the rooms, which actually helps A LOT. please don’t get rid of those! The exam with the provider was pretty quick, but since this was a routine/ healthy situation, it was fine. The facility was crisp and

This place is clean, welcoming and caring. Very efficient and manages time well. I was able to do my walk - in DOT physical, I was in and out in 40 minutes. WAY better than UCHealth occupational medicine. I will be coming here every time now! So glad I found this place.
