AFC Urgent Care East Meadow

I had a very positive experience at AFC Urgent Care East Meadow. From the moment we walked in, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind, guiding me through everything and making the process easy. The technician who took our vitals was very patient and gentle. The doctor was thorough, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain everything to both me and my son. I never felt rushed, and all of our questions were answered with care. Overall, the staff was professional, compassionate, and efficient. I’m very grateful for the excellent care we received.

Brought my 3 year old in with a spider bite that got infected, every single person (including people in the waiting room) were absolutely amazing, I just moved to long island from upstate and I was a little nervous bringing her some place new but I will absolutely be bringing her here from now on! Everyone was so sweet , especially to my baby and i LOVE that😊the nurse even brought her in some stuff to color with while we were waiting for the doctor

I was seen quickly went to triage and directly to the patient room. Seconds later, the doctor was there. Five minutes after I left, my pharmacy, calls and says the meds were ready. The place was immaculate, clean and sanitary. Would definitely make this my go to urgent care.

Seth was wonderful. I loved his patience, and his personality made me feel comfortable explaining my situation. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made the visit a positive experience. I’ll definitely return and recommend this urgent care to others.

An Urgent Care with URGENT SERVICE!!!I had a truly outstanding experience at Afc.I was seen for swelling on my knee and was impressed by the speed and professionalism of the staff from start to finish. I had to ask for their teams name as i leave reviews every because that is how i choose where to go. Alyssa, Ariany, Diana, and samantha will get 5 stars from me as well some sweets. They were welcoming and my wait time was very surprising short. Very compassionate listened to my concerns and made me feel at home .The facility was immaculately clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone needing fast and reliable care. Finally an urgent care that doesn’t have the wait time as an emergency room!!!
