AFC Urgent Care - Doylestown

The staff & Dr were wonderful. But they couldn’t help me. I was sent to the ER after paying my copay. Kinda mad that I had to pay for nothing. Next time I’ll just go to the ER & not waste my money & time. But I'm told that going there 1st help get me into the ER faster. So its a win win from where I stand. I'm alive & healthier than I was

Excellent level of care! The doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. I felt heard, my issue was resolved, and I was on my way very quickly. Couldn’t ask for more from an urgent care experience!

Not good! The NP was very nice, however, the receptionist failed to disclose swab testing and other things were not included in my visit price. I was taken by surprise as everything for treatment is included at most other urgent cares in the total visit price. The manager rectified the situation accordingly, but be mindful of this when going!

I uploaded my information online which was straightforward. I was able to get an appointment quickly. When I went for the appointment, I found the staff friendly and caring. I waited very little time and the whole appointment went very well. I was very pleased with whole experience as this was my first time to Urgent Care.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Feinman. He took the time to sit down, listen attentively, and treat me with genuine respect and compassion. While this visit may have been preventable, I am grateful for the opportunity to have met Dr. Feinman. Thank you for your dedication and service!
