AFC Urgent Care Denver Park Hill

Visited this clinic today for the first time for lingering back pain, and was really impressed. The space was clean, modern, and well-designed. Katrice (front desk) was kind and helpful from the moment I spoke with her on the phone until I left. Medical Assistant, Angela, was friendly, thorough and efficient. NP, Hollie, was patient and really listened to my issues and took time to do a few quick tests before treatment. Really appreciate having this clinic so close. We just moved from Boulder County to Denver, and choices were bewildering. I just got lucky—would def recommend this practice.

I haven’t been feeling well and was dreading going to urgent care today. It ended up being the best urgent care visit I’ve had. I got in quickly and Maribel and Katrice were so nice and helpful. They definitely made the visit so easy!

I’ve broken down my experience by star: Star 1: The Wait Time. Despite my ego trying to convince me that 'out-of-pocket' clients should get a fast pass, the wait was perfectly respectable. It moved quickly, especially considering the time I spent completing my new-client paperwork. Stars 2 & 3: The Staff. The front desk service and the technician who charted my vitals were excellent. These two ladies made me feel genuinely comfortable and welcomed. Star 4: Operational Skill. This star is for the preeminent ordering of labs. I was briefed on my lab orders before the doctor even entered the room

Check in online was easy and made service faster. Katrice at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Casandra was our medical assistant. She took vitals and got us settled in a professional manner. Nurse practitioner Perticolas was great. He listened to our concerns and treated us with respect and dignity. Great care!

I’ve been to other urgent care facilities and there seemed to be an issue with something— rude staff or a long wait, indifference. This one stands out! I’ve been here a handful of times. For myself and for my kids too. Each time has been a positive experience. Katrice at the front desk and Casandra (Medical Asst) and the PA Kelley were great; caring and prompt. The wait has never been long enough to be frustrated and they’re friendly and very professional.
